WHAT WE DO
Services
LPG specializes in the finishing work that turns a printed piece into something memorable — foil stamping, embossing, diecutting, and letterpress, supported by a full range of complementary techniques.
Most jobs use more than one technique in combination, so if you're not sure what fits, get in touch and we'll talk through it.
Supporting techniques
Folding & Gluing
Once your piece is printed, cut, and finished, it often needs to become a three-dimensional object — a folder, a box, a packaging insert. We handle automated folding and gluing for runs of any size, including multi-fold pieces, presentation folders with pockets, and packaging that needs to assemble cleanly out of the box.
Scoring
A clean fold starts with a clean score. We crease paper and board with precision rules that prevent cracking, especially on heavyweight stocks where folding without scoring would split the fibers. Critical for invitations, packaging, and any folded piece with ink crossing the fold line.
Perforating
Tear-away coupons, return cards, raffle tickets, response forms. We perforate to your specs — straight lines, custom patterns, micro-perfs for clean separation. Combinable with scoring and diecutting in the same pass.
Kisscutting
Cuts through a sticker or label face without cutting through the backing — so the piece peels off cleanly while the backing stays intact. Used for sticker sheets, branded labels, and removable decals on packaging.
Film Laminating
A thin clear film applied to one or both sides of a printed piece for durability and finish. Available in gloss, matte, and soft-touch. We laminate everything from menu inserts and business cards to packaging that needs to resist moisture and wear.
Sheet Mounting
Mounting printed pieces onto heavier substrates — foam board, gator board, chipboard, or matboard — for displays, signage, presentations, and trade show graphics. We can mount and trim to size in the same setup.
