Custom shapes, clean edges, sized exactly to your specs.
Diecutting uses a sharp steel rule die to cut paper, board, or specialty stocks into any shape you need — rounded corners, scalloped edges, intricate cutouts, or fully custom silhouettes. If you can draw it, we can cut it.
We handle everything from straightforward shapes like rounded business cards and circular coasters to complex packaging dies with folds, scores, and locking tabs built in. For projects that need more than one pass, we'll combine diecutting with scoring, perforating, or kisscutting in a single setup.
We work with stocks ranging from lightweight text papers to thick board (up to about 24-point cover), and we can advise on what's cuttable and what isn't before you commit to artwork.
