Diecutting

Custom shapes, clean edges, sized exactly to your specs.

Diecutting uses a sharp steel rule die to cut paper, board, or specialty stocks into any shape you need — rounded corners, scalloped edges, intricate cutouts, or fully custom silhouettes. If you can draw it, we can cut it.

Dies are made for the job: a sharp steel rule shaped by hand to your file and mounted into a heavy backing board. We run them on flat-bed presses for short runs and rotary presses for larger jobs. Either way, the cut is exact to spec.

The technique works on cardstock, kraft, label stock, soft-touch, and a wide range of specialty papers. Folds, creases, and tear-offs are made the same way — scoring and perforating are part of the same die family.
